  • Overview

    We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep Finance domain knowledge and multinational finance system selection and Finance system implementation expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team delivering a new global Finance technology program.



    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

    • Application of business analysis best practice techniques to add business value
    • Creating business requirements documents, RFP’s, functional specifications and process flows using tools including Confluence, JIRA, Visio etc.
    • Ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements with technical and business audiences in the UK, US, India and APAC

    Qualifications & Education


    • MSc, BSc or equivalent in relevant technical discipline
    • BA training and certification such as the BCS International Diploma of Business Analysis or IIBA CBAP is highly desirable
    • Accounting related qualifications or training are desirable
    • Advanced experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to work well with large stakeholder groups
    • Team work and customer focused mentality with the ability to multi-task
    • Able to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge
    • Proven skills in organization, time management, and efficient execution of tasks
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Successful track record of team and relationship building
    • Professional, enthusiastic and positive approach to work
    • Proactive, creative and logical thinker
    • Deep experience of working on successful global finance system implementations in multinational companies
    • Experience of working on international project teams on Finance implementations
    • Experience of vendor selection and working with third party implementation teams
    • Experience of business process optimization

    • Experience of capturing system integration requirements
    • Experience of working in the publishing industry
    • Experience of order processing and fulfilment systems
