  • Overview

    The Infrastructure Systems Administrator I is responsible for the administration and third level support of enterprise level systems and applications in a timely, accurate, and responsive manner. These systems include: Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft file and print services, and many more.

    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

    • Ability to resolve service desk incidents in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Experience with administration Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 preferred
    • Windows Server/Active Directory design and administration experience preferred
    • Microsoft Exchange Online or equivalent Exchange administration experience preferred
    • Deep understanding of Microsoft IIS, DNS, DHCP, GPO required
    • Desktop imaging and management tools such as SCCM and WSUS
    • Scripting with BAT, VBS, and Powershell
    • Managing Veeam, Symantec Backup Exec and NetBackup software
    • Manage communications systems: ShoreTel VoIP and Polycom video conferencing
    • VMware, Storage Area Network, and TCP/IP networking administration experience a plus
    • Citrix XenApp and/or XenDesktop strongly preferred
    • Available to support systems after hours and on weekends as necessary

    Qualifications & Education

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent preferred
    • MCSE, MCITP or other Microsoft Certification preferred
    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
    • Excellent professional written and oral communication skills
    • Proven ability to work on multiple projects and changing priorities
    • Proven ability to respond promptly to the customer’s need and inquiries
    • Must be able to work in a changing environment.
