The Administrative Support Temporary will primarily provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant with various tasks related to preparation for the annual Sales Meeting in January. In addition, other tasks may include assisting Commercial Sales with filing journals, preparing tear sheets for invoicing, and collating invoices. Duties will be assigned as needs arise based on priority and urgency. This will include a variety of administrative tasks specific to the group such as data entry, spreadsheet tracking, conducting research utilizing various websites to gather information, and compiling information. Work schedule is very flexible, 10-15 hours per week.
