  • Overview

    The Associate Project Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Online Product Development staff in the coordination, planning, execution and support of new online products. 


    This role is based in our Washington, DC office. 

    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

    The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:


    • Working with the Project Analysts to prepare requirements documents
    • Updating schedules and following up on deliverables.
    • Participating in the website QA process including preparing test cases against requirements
    • Preparing and distributing status reports
    • Meeting organization (setting up meetings, taking clear and actionable meeting notes, following up on meeting action items)
    • Responding to website support tickets

    Qualifications & Education

    • At least three years experience in an office-support role, preferably working in an online development environment
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
    • Experience with Atlassian products a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
    • Experience working in a publishing environment preferred
