  • Overview

    This temporary role will coordinate the end-to-end implementation of SAGE display, SEM, PPC, CPM, and remarketing/retargeting ads through coordinating with marketing managers, art, and advertising agencies. It sits as part of a newly formed team that drives digital and social media innovation and strategy. This person is tasked with effectively managing timelines to ensure all digital ads are launched in a timely manner, optimized according to results, and achieves objectives.

    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

    • Accept and review ad campaign requests and briefs
    • Coordinate with marketing managers to establish campaign goals, KPIs, and other requirements. As this role develops, actively participate in planning
    • Brief internal art department with ad creative requests
    • Route copy, art, and campaign approvals, ensuring that SAGE campaigns are on-message and compliant with voice and brand standards
    • Proofread content prior to launch
    • Communicate campaign requirements to the agency
    • Update internal tracker with reporting provided by agencies
    • Coordinate ad hoc report requests as needed
    • Route questions, updates, and changes between agencies and marketing managers
    • Submit requests for conversion and remarketing tracking codes internally, ensure data is collected by ad platforms
    • Coordinate qualitative and quantitative analysis for internal reports and presentations addressing digital marketing performance
    • Research digital advertising queries
    • Proactively identify improvements, trends, and insights
    • As needed, provide internal training
    • Update internal documentation with changes in procedure
    • Assist with other projects for digital and social marketing initiatives as requested

    Qualifications & Education

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience, ideally in a marketing agency or department
    • Experience with SEO, SEM, Paid Search, and social ads highly preferred
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
    • Knowledge of AdWords, Google Analytics, and social advertising platforms a plus
    • Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with colleagues
    • Demonstrated ability meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
    • Excellent organization and time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
