    Job Title:           Senior Business Analyst
    Function:          Technology

    Reports To:     Head of Enterprise Business Analysis

    Job Purpose

    To analyse the needs of the Finance department as we launch a Finance Transformation Program to streamline global finance processes and implement a new global accounting system. To ensure clear communication of business needs and requirements between the business stakeholders and the Technology team in order to successfully support continuous process improvement, the frequent delivery of new business capabilities and user adoption.

    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

     

    • Eliciting and documenting business requirements and functional specifications
      • Applying best practice business analysis techniques to develop technology solutions which add business value
      • Ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements with technical and business audiences
      • Ability to rapidly acquire and apply new business domain and technical knowledge
      • Developing successful partnerships and productive relationships.

    Qualifications & Education

     

    • Experience of business analysis
    • Experience of working on a successful technology team delivering enterprise applications such as ERP systems
    • IT expertise and knowledge
    • Experience of working in distributed teams
    • Experience of working with finance teams and processes, or knowledge of accountancy desired
    • Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) desired
    • BA certification such as CCBA, CBAP or an International Diploma in Business Analysis desired.
