  • Overview

    Corwin Global Visible Learning will be conducting a post-evaluation for Visible Learning Plus (VL+) over the next 7 to 8 months. The purpose will be to establish the current level of implementation and impact of VL+ activities over the past decade.  The Evaluation Project Coordinator/Research Assistant for Global Visible Learning will be hired as a temporary/casual worker to complete specific tasks as outlined on our evaluation project documents. 

    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

    • Oversee and organize the work and responsibilities of an evaluation team
    • Develop communication systems between all internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to collect, analyze, synthesize data and to develop summary reports
    • Serve as liaison between designated schools and the evaluation team
    • Ability to present findings in a logical and sequential manner
    • Develop, coordinate and manage plans, timelines with the evaluation team
    • Create excel documents, rubrics and systems needed to document and disaggregate data
    • Conduct basic math functions such as averages and percentages

    Qualifications & Education

    • Minimum of 2 years Project coordination experience
    • Experience working with teams
    • Strong Excel and computer skills, including word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Google Docs and Adobe
    • Ability to effectively make presentations to internal and external groups
    • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
    • Good with project and time management
    • Organization skills
    • Experience with reading and analyzing research and report writing
    • Leadership experiences
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree from accredited University
    • Demonstrated skill in writing and editing
