The Temporary Learning and Development (L&D) Facilitator is responsible for developing and implementing company-wide learning programs for ongoing skill development of employees at all levels of the organization to enhance performance at Sage. The temporary L&D Facilitator will identify and source suitable learning solutions with creative training designs and implement effective methods to educate, develop, and enhance employee performance. The temporary L&D Facilitator will support learning transfer through specific follow-up methods identified to reinforce.

Compensation at Sage is influenced by several factors, including but not limited to skill set, nature and level of experience, qualifications, and other relevant considerations. We anticipate the hourly range for this role to be between $30.29 - $34.83. Please note that the compensation details listed in U.S. role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses or benefits.
