The Engagement Program Manager (EPM) will establish and scale multi-faceted customer engagement programs for SAGE courseware products. This will include centralized ownership of customer loyalty and advocacy programs, as well as strategic involvement in key initiatives around digital adoption retention, platform efficacy, usage reporting, customer onboarding, and product promotion.

The Conference & Events Assistant will provide logistical support to successfully deliver the SAGE booth at more than 160 conferences (physical, virtual, or hybrid) from the US and UK offices in support of research, learning, and teaching strategy. Working closely with marketing, editorial, and sales, the assistant will be a liaison between SAGE staff and conference organizers in order to execute conference details. As part of the broader corporate communications team, the temporary Assistant will also support in the delivery of virtual and physical events that support the SAGE brand.
This is a full-time temporary role that is open to remote work.
Working within the company’s overarching corporate communications strategy, the Senior Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Manager develops strategies to promote SAGE’s purpose, mission and vision – all aligned with the wider business objectives by department. Following established business and brand priorities, the role will support the Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Director in the development of SAGE’s strategic corporate communications outreach, taking advantage of opportunities to communicate key messages in order to raise SAGE’s profile with stakeholders.
As part of the Global Corporate Communications team, the Corporate Communications Specialist will proactively support the execution of strategies to promote SAGE’s brand. Specifically, they will be responsible for the creation and dissemination of corporate announcements to the media and other internal and external stakeholders through press releases, blog posts, social media (running corporate social media channels), and other new mediums; supervise PR activity around SAGE’s brand, products and publications, including reporting and analytics for the SAGE brand, media, and corporate communications campaigns; and develop positive relationships with stakeholders in the U.S. to raise SAGE’s profile as an advocate and active partner. They will also perform supporting functions such as reserach and data entry.
This role will make key contributions to the work of a major international academic publisher and as such, will work independently to demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, leadership, problem-solving skills, and SAGE Publishing values, championing those values in all communications. They will be required to proactively raise new ideas and discover and address concerns in the support of departmental and companywide goals, with support from their manager and other colleagues. Through this work, they will develop valuable skills to continue a career in communications.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working with the software engineering team to build publishing solutions to fulfill business objectives. This will include, but not limited to developing systems and capabilities such as customer facing web sites using Sitefinity.
This position is full-time and based remotely.
Corwin seeks a Marketing Specialist to support the development and implementation of marketing plans for professional learning services. The Marketing Specialist will manage a small product portfolio and will also serve as a lead on department projects. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will execute email campaigns, advertisements, collateral, brochures, webinars, sales support, website enhancements, and social media campaigns with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and will be able to create marketing strategies using current and creative approaches.
This position is based in a remote home office anywhere in the U.S. and is available immediately. Occasional travel for organizational meetings, industry events, or Corwin events may be required.

Play an active role in the development and implementation of email best practices, team processes and protocols, and marcomm strategies within the team. Lead and contribute to projects and initiatives in support of open access department goals.
Direct management experience is required - as well as experience with creating end to end email campaigns.
